Shipping policy

Shipping is free for all products where the "ship to" destination is in the continental United States of America. All orders outside the continental US and expedited or non-standard orders, such as orders weighing over 5lbs., will require a shipping charge even if within the continental US.

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes approximately 20 days for items to arrive. Some products will arrive sooner as they are shipped from local regions.

As soon as a product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to keep track of where your item is at all times. We will keep tabs on your orders and contact you with updates. If there are circumstances that delay shipping, including Covid-19 related shipping issues we will work with customers and suppliers to ensure that products are delivered and received promptly.
