1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take approximately two to three weeks to reach your doorstep. We are making every effort to source products from local warehouses to avoid shipping delays. Due to Covid-19, ship times could be delayed but please be assured that we will keep tabs on your order and keep you updated on status. See our Policies at checkout for more details on free shipping as exclusions apply.

 

2. What's your return policy?

All items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. On items with extended shipping times, instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full or send you the return information. In the case of refunds, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please contact us for more information on returning the item.

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. On many items, you won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

If for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one or process an exchange or a return.
